Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly with a three-part greeting and route messages for staff.
• Assist clients with scheduling, check-in/out, and invoice management.
• Enter and retrieve records, process payments, and generate reports.
• Discharge patients, provide medication instructions, and discuss pre-operative details.
• Maintain front desk areas and ensure a welcoming clinic environment.
