AmeriVet is seeking a personable Client Service Representative to be the first contact in our clinic. You will manage calls, greet clients, process payments, and help maintain accurate pet records, ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or educational equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling payments and cash drawer accuracy.
• Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates a multi-line phone system and routes messages to staff.
• Prioritizes appointments, client education, and lobby triage by service needs.
• Creates a welcoming, empathetic environment for clients and emergencies.
• Processes payments and maintains an accurate cash drawer.
• Maintains client and pet records and retrieves medical records as needed.
• Completes tasks as assigned by supervisors.
