AmeriVet is hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the first and last point of contact for clients. You will manage appointments, answer calls, and enter patient information while ensuring clear communication between clients and our medical team.

You will use our practice management system to schedule, bill, and update records, assist with daily reception, promote services, and help create a welcoming environment for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and compassionate client service.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in veterinary/healthcare.
• Basic proficiency with scheduling software and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails with professional service.
• Schedule appointments and manage forward bookings.
• Send reminders and confirmations via the system.
• Greet clients and maintain a welcoming reception.
• Triage inquiries and escalate to medical staff as needed.
• Process billing and payments.
• Update client and patient records accurately.
• Promote services and current promotions.
• Assist with daily practice operations.
• Explain preventive care options and online booking.
