Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support a productive veterinary team, and ensure welcoming, high-quality service. The role focuses on educating clients and coordinating care for wellness plans while handling frontline administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will multi-task in a fast-paced veterinary environment, communicate clearly with clients and staff, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and retention.

Formación

• Fluent English written and spoken; strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times, welcoming clients and pets and educating them about their pet’s health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients by completing documentation, entering pet information and history, and ensuring prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients by providing instructions, invoices, dispensing prescriptions, selling retail items and scheduling appointments.
• Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and following opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
