Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital and to support the veterinary team’s productivity. You will welcome clients and pets, educate them about pet health, and coordinate care with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.

The role emphasizes promoting wellness plans, exceptional service, and efficient operations to encourage repeat visits and referrals while supporting financial accuracy and timely appointments.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, identification and timely service.
• Provide instructions, invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule future visits.
• Maintain accurate opening/closing financial procedures and balances.
• Perform administrative functions as needed.
