You will educate clients about wellness plans, preventative care, and hospital services while handling documentation, scheduling, and basic retail tasks.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks fluent English with correct grammar and vocabulary.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and educate clients about pet health and hospital services.
• Promote hospital services to recruit new clients and maximize productivity of the veterinary team.
• Route flow of clients and pets to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet histories, and scheduling appointments.
• Dispense prescriptions per veterinarian instructions and handle retail sales.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
