Job summary

Blue Ridge Veterinary Associates seeks a Client Service Representative to be the first contact for clients, answer phones, greet guests, and manage records. You will rotate between front desk and call center, with various full‑time shifts including weekends.

Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential. Experience with veterinary terminology and Impromed is a plus; candidates should be 18+ and able to lift records up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary hospital.
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English.
• Be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain and prepare records, consent forms, and documents.
• Schedule veterinary appointments and manage an active calendar.
• Explain estimates and treatment plans compassionately to clients.
• Coordinate front desk and call center duties as needed.
