AmeriVet is seeking a personable Client Service Representative to be the friendly first contact at our Valdosta area clinic. You will manage multi-line calls, schedule appointments, collect payments, and maintain accurate client and pet records, delivering a positive, memorable experience for every client.

The ideal candidate has strong phone etiquette, customer service skills, and comfort with veterinary terminology or EMR systems (Avimark, Cornerstone).

Qualifications

• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
• Available to work weekends and holiday rotations.
• Ability to properly prioritize and complete tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to multiple situations.
• HS Diploma or educational equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understands, communicates, and properly prioritizes appointments, client education, and lobby triage.
• Operates multiple-line telephone system.
• Answers incoming calls, transfers calls, and pages staff.
• Takes and routes messages for veterinarians and staff.
• Empathizes with clients and remains calm in emergencies.
• Maintains accurate client and pet records and supports administration.
• Completes all tasks as assigned by supervisor.
