You will need 3+ years of customer service experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Training is provided and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary hospital.
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English.
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer telephones using a multi-line system.
• Prepare patient files, consent forms, and health/immunization certificates.
• Maintain active appointment schedules and screen emergencies.
• Accurately communicate estimates and treatment plans to clients.
