Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client flow, support the veterinary team, and deliver friendly, efficient service. You will educate clients about wellness plans and services while ensuring smooth hospital operations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first mindset, with weekend/evening hours possible. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred, with medical background a plus.

Qualificações

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks while staying accurate and calm.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with an orderly, process-driven approach.
• Problem solving: identify issues and translate into practical solutions.
• Customer service focus, delivering attentive, courteous service.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with standard software.

Responsabilidades

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Banfield within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting services and routing clients and pets efficiently.
• Maximize pet visits by maintaining a productive hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, and scheduling; dispense items as directed.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
