Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in a veterinary setting.
• Experience with triage is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, assist with registration, and communicate wait times.
• Educate clients and answer non-medical questions.
• Maintain client relationships and service standards via calls, emails, and messages.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with referring hospitals to access records.
• Maintain accurate client/patient records and front desk areas.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and reconcile cash drawer with reports.
