Job summary

Veterinary Innovative Partners in Spring, Texas seeks a dedicated Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, answer calls, and manage payments in a busy veterinary environment.

The full-time CSR role requires empathy, strong communication, and multitasking while delivering outstanding service to pets and their families.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Proficiency with computer software, including practice management systems and MS Office.
Organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and admin tasks.
Empathy and patience for clients worried about their pets.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule appointments, surgeries, and procedures to optimize staff utilization.
Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and inform clients about services and policies.
Manage client check-ins, verify information, and update records.
Process payments and provide invoices and receipts.
Coordinate check-out and schedule follow-ups with care instructions.
