You will play a key role in delivering compassionate client care while coordinating front-desk operations and maintaining accurate records.

As a CSR, you will greet clients and their pets, educate clients, manage communications, schedule appointments, and ensure top-notch service with empathy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in veterinary medicine.
• Experience in conflict management.
• High attention to detail.
