The PARC Vet in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join Thrive Pet Healthcare network. You will greet clients and pets, manage registrations, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records with a focus on compassionate, efficient service.

As part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, you’ll collaborate with a supportive team, handle cash and billing tasks, and contribute to a high-standard care environment across locations.

Formación

• Customer service experience and 1 year experience in veterinary medicine are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary triage highly preferred.
• Great communication skills - Team oriented with an ability to collaborate and support each other.
• Outstanding multi-tasker.
• Must be able to work rotating weekends and certain holidays.
• Desire to practice empathetic, gold standard medicine benefiting our patients.
• Are paw-sitive, kind and provide trustworthy communication to the patients, team members and clients.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have the desire to constantly grow and advance as a valued member!

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and their pets to strengthen client relationships and complete registration while communicating wait times.
• Educate clients and answer non-medical inquiries.
• Respond to calls, take messages, and transfer as needed; monitor email and faxes.
• Schedule appointments including in-office diagnostics and coordinate with referring hospitals.
• Maintain up-to-date client/patient records and verify patients entering the hospital.
• Keep front desk, reception, waiting areas and exam rooms clean and organized.
• Ensure accurate billing and reconcile cash drawer with reports.
• Mentor and support fellow team members.
