The CSR serves as the practice’s face, greeting clients, scheduling visits, processing payments, and guiding clients and their pets to examination rooms while educating on basic pet care and available products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles at a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer calls, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and perform follow-ups.
• Explain fees, process payments, and upsell products/services.
• Educate clients on basic pet care and medications.
• Maintain medical records and hospital cleanliness.
