VCA VREC Referral and Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Part-Time Night Shift Client Service Representative to join our emergency and specialty team. You will greet clients, answer phones, triage calls, and help manage the fast-paced front desk.

This role requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to stay calm during emergencies. Overnight shifts are included with weekend requirements; training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the VCA network.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in emergencies.
• Previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience preferred (but not required).
• Comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment.
