Job summary

VCA VREC Referral and Emergency Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Night Shift Client Service Representative to join our emergency and specialty team. You will greet clients, answer phones, triage calls, process payments, and support the medical staff in a fast-paced ER setting.

The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure during emergencies. Overnight shifts are available, with weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and stay composed in emergencies.
• Front-desk veterinary/medical experience preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do
