Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Promote hospital services and route clients to ensure superior client care.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information in the computer system.
• Schedule future appointments and provide necessary instructions and invoices.
