Responsibilities

• Maximize the number of pets seen by the team and ensure smooth flow of clients and pets.
• Provide exceptional service at all times and educate clients about wellness plans and services.
• Assist with check-in/out, dispense prescriptions, and schedule future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
