Job summary
Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, boost productivity of the veterinary team, and ensure welcoming, efficient service. You will educate clients on wellness plans, process pet records, issue prescriptions and invoices, and help schedule future visits.
This role emphasizes accurate documentation and friendly, proactive client interactions in a busy hospital.
Responsibilities
- Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
- Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets.
- Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team to support wellness plans.
- Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
- Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health
- Assist incoming clients by completing documentation and entering pet information
- Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, products and appointments
- Manage finances by maintaining balances and opening/closing procedures
- Conduct administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
