Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to ensure exceptional client and pet experiences while supporting hospital efficiency. You will greet clients, manage check-in/out, and educate owners on preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans.

You will coordinate appointment flow, assist wellness plan members, and handle documentation with accuracy. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1 year minimum customer service experience.
• Must be 18+ to perform radiography procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, efficient client service and greet clients and pets warmly.
• Enter and maintain accurate client/pet information in hospital systems.
• Educate clients on pet health, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate flow to maximize efficiency.
