Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support a productive veterinary team, and ensure outstanding customer care in a welcoming environment. You will educate clients on wellness plans, facilitate appointments, and handle documentation and billing with accuracy.

The role emphasizes communication, organization, and a friendly, proactive approach to patient care and client relations, including weekends/evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred with customer service.
• Medical background (veterinary or healthcare) with terminology training is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography and exposure to laboratory substances.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, entry of pet information, and scheduling.
• Dispense prescribed items, sell retail products, and provide invoices and instructions.
