Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting services and routing flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize pets seen by efficient hospital operations.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients on pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet records.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
