Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining productive hospital operations.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service to clients and pets.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet data entry.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, retail sales and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
