Banfield in North Carolina is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize team productivity, and ensure friendly, efficient service while educating clients about wellness plans.

You will greet clients, complete registrations, enter pet information, manage appointments and invoices, and assist with retail products. Excellent communication, organization and customer-service skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication with strong writing and speaking skills.
• Experience delivering client service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy hospital setting.
• Knowledge of preventative care and Optimum Wellness Plans (OWPs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client/pet flow and promote hospital services for productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Complete client documentation, organize pet records and history.
• Process invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and handle routine administrative tasks.
