Qualifications

• Associates degree and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and terminology.
• Ability to operate a computer and office suite (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team; address escalated client concerns and improve service delivery.
• Support both equine and small animal clients while shaping the client experience.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to continually improve client service.
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational efficiency.
