Job summary

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center offers Small Animal Primary Care and Emergency services, as well as Equine Sports Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging. This role focuses on supervising client services, improving the client experience, and leading a collaborative team within a busy veterinary setting.

The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with a passion for customer service, coaching, and operational excellence, able to manage escalated concerns and work

Qualifications

Associates degree with two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience.
Experience leading a team and coaching staff.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Support both equine and small animal clients in a growing veterinary environment.
Lead, coach, and develop front-office staff to ensure excellent client service.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to continuously improve service delivery.
