Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership experience in a veterinary hospital (emergency/specialty experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable with practice management software and daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and supervise Client Service Representatives, maintaining a visible presence with direct support.
• Monitor phone performance, appointment accuracy, and service quality using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with other hospital departments to promote smooth workflows and adherence to standards.
• Oversee front desk financial transactions, including payments, invoicing, refunds, and collections.
• Manage daily reception, scheduling, and client communications, stepping in during staffing shortages.
