Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to join our leadership team. Under direction from the Hospital Administrator, this role oversees front office client service, finances, HR, and marketing to support high-quality patient care and excellent client service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• 2 years of experience in the veterinary field.
• Flexible schedule to cover days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client service areas of the front office and inter-department relations.
• Coach and mentor staff; conduct training and performance reviews.
• Assist Hospital Manager with daily operations and reporting.
• Resolve client complaints and escalate when needed.
• Maintain efficient front office operations and enforce policies.
