VCA Coast Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Customer Service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Doctors and Clients by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients, and by upholding clear, honest communication.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, handling payments, recommending products, educating clients on pet care, and maintaining electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a veterinary hospital customer service role.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to clients and prospective clients.
• Explain fees and process payments.
• Educate clients on pet care and products.
• Manage electronic medical records and related correspondence.
