Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Answer calls, emails, and other client communications promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments per hospital policies and doctor availability.
• Explain costs, payment expectations, and available payment options.
• Maintain accurate and complete client and patient records and confidentiality.
• Coordinate appointments and manage patient flow to reduce wait times.
• Assist with medical records requests and prescription/refill processing.
• Support hospital operations and teamwork across doctors, technicians, and staff.
• Educate clients about services and preventive care recommendations.
