VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. As the face of the practice, you will greet clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and advise on products and services for pets.

This role requires professionalism, empathy, and strong communication to build trust with clients and patients. You will also handle medical records and maintain a clean, organized facility.

Formación

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle phone and in-person interactions with empathy.
• Experience scheduling and confirming appointments in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with explaining fees and processing payments.
• Ability to recommend products and services, including prescriptions when appropriate.
• Willingness to educate clients on basic pet care and husbandry.
• Maintain medical records, charts, and correspondence accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized hospital environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting visitors and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Outgoing calls for follow-ups and contacting prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answering questions about products and services and educating on basic pet care.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Maintaining hospital cleanliness both inside and outside.
