The role focuses on greeting clients, managing appointments, processing payments, and guiding clients through products and services. You will educate clients on basic pet care and maintain accurate medical records in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage appointments, payments, and basic records.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound calls for follow-ups and solicit new clients.
• Explain fees and process payments.
• Recommend products and services, including prescriptions.
• Provide pet care guidance and educate clients on basic husbandry.
• Maintain medical records, charts, and correspondence.
• Ensure the facility remains clean and orderly.
