Job summary

Vista Vet Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will manage appointments, patient flow, multi-line phones, and in-person interactions, while delivering compassionate, informative service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer full-time scheduling with Monday-Saturday availability and a comprehensive benefits package including Health Package, 401k, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in handling a multi-phone line system and in-person client interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication; compassionate, professional service during routine and sensitive situations
• Team player with calm, solution-oriented attitude during busy periods
