Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the first and last point of contact for clients. You will manage appointments, answer calls, process patient information, and ensure clear communication between clients and the medical team.

You will use our tech systems to streamline processes, improve client access to care, and create a welcoming environment for pets and their owners. This role supports the medical team and practice operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and a compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including scheduling software and online communication platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability, including forward booking.
• Send appointment reminders and follow-ups using the practice management system.
• Greet clients and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Update client and patient records accurately in the system.
• Process billing transactions and payments.
