AmeriVet is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the friendly first and last contact for clients in our California veterinary practice. You’ll manage appointments, answer calls, input patient data, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the medical team.

You’ll use our practice management system to update records, process payments, and support daily operations. A strong, compassionate customer service background is essential, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and compassionate client service.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability, including forward booking.
• Update client and patient records in our practice management system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process billing transactions and insurance claims; support daily operations and client communications.
