You will help with billing, patient records, and promoting current promotions while maintaining a welcoming environment for pets and their owners. This role emphasizes empathy, organization, and proactive service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Veterinary Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent communication and a strong drive to provide compassionate client service.
• Basic proficiency with technology, scheduling software, and online communication platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability, including forward booking.
• Update client and patient records in the practice management system with accuracy.
• Process billing transactions and assist with daily practice operations as needed.
