MedVet is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets in our fast-paced emergency and specialty clinics. You will handle front-desk duties, patient check-ins, and support across hospital operations.

The role requires excellent communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative team environment. Veterinary experience is preferred and opportunities for growth abound.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in veterinary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients
• Answer telephones and transfer calls
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
• Discuss payment options and process payments
• Maintain a neat and clean lobby
