Job summary

MedVet seeks a Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients at our Emergency and Specialty practices. You will greet clients, check in patients, and help guide pets and their families through the visit.

You will manage medical records and payments, maintain a clean lobby, and collaborate with a fast-paced hospital team. Veterinary experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of hospital organization and services.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and medical records.
• Understanding of financial policies/transactions.
• Ability to multi-task and enter data accurately.
• Compassionate, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients.
• Answer telephones and transfer calls.
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Discuss payment options and process payments.
• Maintain a neat and clean lobby.
