MedVet is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative - Contingent to join our fast-growing Emergency and Specialty network. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assist in the lobby, and partner with veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth client experience.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and can manage tasks from greeting to payments in a busy veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations.
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients.
• Answer telephones and transfer calls.
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Discuss payment options and process payments.
