Job summary

MedVet is a fast-growing Emergency and Specialty provider with practices nationwide. We are seeking a collaborative CSR to join our clinical team and deliver exceptional client service in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, checking them in, answering calls, escorting pets to exam rooms, managing records and payments, and keeping the lobby organized. Candidates should have strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting;

Qualifications

• Experience with medical records and billing processes preferred.
• Ability to multitask and enter data accurately.
• Excellent client service and phone etiquette.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients
• Answer telephones and transfer calls
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
• Discuss payment options and process payments
• Maintain a neat and clean lobby
