VCA Animal Hospitals in Deltona, FL seeks a Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the practice. You will greet clients and their pets, guide them to exam rooms, schedule appointments, and process payments while explaining services.

You will manage medical records, answer questions about products and services, and support the team in providing compassionate care and excellent client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and guiding clients and their pets to examination rooms
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Placing outbound follow-up calls and outreach to prospective clients
• Explaining fees and processing payments
• Recommending and explaining products/services, including prescriptions
• Educating clients on general pet care and husbandry where appropriate
• Managing medical records, charts, and correspondence
• Maintaining a clean and orderly practice environment
