VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Florida. This front-line role shapes the client experience by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and guiding pets to exam rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to educate clients about products, services, and general pet care.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front desk operations.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Handle payments and explain fees to clients.
• Present and explain products and services, including prescriptions when appropriate.
• Educate clients on pet care (heartworm prevention, flea & tick control, etc.).
• Maintain medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Keep the facility clean and organized inside and outside the practice.
