Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage the flow of clients and pets and to support the veterinary team in delivering outstanding care.

The CSC will welcome clients, collect pet information, educate families about wellness plans, and help schedule visits while maintaining accurate records and smooth operations. This role requires weekends/evenings and the ability to work with a variety of pets in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for radiography.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background with terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by ensuring a productive hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and data entry.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
