Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role prioritizes friendly, educational client interactions, accurate data entry, and efficient front-desk operations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The CSC will promote wellness plans, assist with appointments and billing, and help maintain a compassionate, professional atmosphere for pets and clients alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service or client intake is beneficial.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets and guide them through check-in and check-out.
• Educate clients about wellness services and plans.
• Enter pet information and history accurately in the system.
• Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and product sales.
• Maintain a welcoming and efficient front desk environment.
