Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to drive client and pet flow, maximize hospital productivity, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will educate clients about wellness plans and coordinate care with the veterinary team in a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, multi-tasking, and a proactive approach to client education and appointment scheduling. Weekend and evening hours are included to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, identification, and ensure prompt service.
• Dispense medications per veterinarian’s instructions and schedule future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
