Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred with customer service.
• Must be able to multi-task and manage workflow in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route client/pet flow for maximum productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient service, educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history in the computer system.
• Schedule future appointments, dispense prescriptions as directed by veterinarians, and manage invoices.
