MedVet is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage check-ins, and facilitate smooth operations in a fast-paced emergency and specialty setting. The role requires compassionate, professional client interaction and solid data entry across medical records and payments.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail, self-motivated and able to work successfully as part of a team and autonomously.
• Sense of urgency within a fast-paced environment.
• Some flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary.
• Familiarity with hospital processes, veterinary terminology and medical records.
