Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, promote services, and ensure a welcoming experience. You will educate clients on wellness plans and veterinary services, handle documentation, and support a productive team.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, efficient hospital operations, and strong communication with both clients and team members, contributing to client retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; strong customer service background.
• Experience in veterinary or healthcare client services preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage office duties.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize number of pets seen through productive hospital operations.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet records.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
