Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital and to maximize the veterinary team's productivity. You will ensure welcoming, efficient service and educate clients on wellness plans and services.

The role emphasizes professional client interaction, accurate documentation, and smooth transaction handling, with weekend work required and compensation in the stated hourly range.

• Reads, writes and speaks fluent English with correct grammar and vocabulary.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow of clients and pets for efficiency.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining a productive, well-run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times to clients and pets.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet history entry, and prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients by providing instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
